Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an experienced QC Inspector to report directly to the Chief Inspector. You will perform inspections in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual, ensuring compliance and quality across all maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing forms, parts tags, and log pages, conducting RII checks, and overseeing safety during aircraft handling. FAA licensing and 6+ years of hands-on maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• FAA (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• Requires 6+ years of hands-on Aircraft Maintenance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations, IPM and ATA codes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inspections are completed per policies and procedures.
• Perform receiving inspection of components, materials, tooling, and hardware per manuals and FARs.
• Inspect work by AMTs, sheet metal AMTs, and avionics techs; ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Conduct RII inspections per procedures and maintenance program requirements.
• Review paperwork for compliance with FARs and company manuals.
• Oversee aircraft handling to ensure safety and prevent damage.
• Perform weight and balance analysis using manuals and scales.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
