Job summary

The QC Inspector at flyExclusive, LLC is responsible to the Chief Inspector and conducts inspections in accordance with the flyExclusive General Maintenance Manual, ensuring all work meets FAA, company, and safety standards.

You will review forms, parts, and tooling; oversee aircraft handling to follow safety procedures; perform weight and balance analysis; and inspect workmanship to prevent defects while supporting a safe, efficient maintenance workflow.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required.
• 6+ years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inspections are completed per policies and procedures.
• Conduct receiving inspection of components, tooling, and hardware.
• Inspect work by AMTs, sheet metal AMTs, and avionics techs for compliance and rework.
• Perform RII inspections per procedures and maintenance program requirements.
• Review maintenance paperwork for FARs compliance.
• Oversee aircraft handling to ensure safety and prevent damage.
• Conduct weight and balance analysis using approved manuals and scales.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
