Job summary

Innodyne Systems seeks a Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance system, regulatory compliance, SMS, and inspection functions within an FAA/EASA-certified aviation repair station.

You will lead audits, CAPA, and safety investigations, ensure airworthiness release, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with FAA, EASA, OSHA, and other authorities. Strong leadership and deep regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Quality or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in FAA Part 145 repair station or aviation MRO environment.
• 3–5+ years in a leadership role within Quality, Safety, or Inspection.
• In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 145, Part 43, Part 21) and/or EASA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control manuals and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, EASA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits and CAPA processes.
• Administer and continuously improve the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Promote a strong safety culture across departments and support audits.
