Aviatron is seeking a Quality Systems Lead to ensure Part 21 quality systems are implemented and maintained, including audits and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires oversight of regulatory compliance with FAA, EASA, CASE and AS requirements and collaboration with DMIRs and designees.

The position emphasizes leading the quality program, updating manuals, and maintaining proper documentation and vendor controls to support compliant manufacturing of PMA articles.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write in English.
• Must have common computer software skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a quality control program ensuring FAA approved design data conformance and audit readiness for DMIR release.
• Revise the Quality Manual to stay current with revisions and regulatory requirements.
• Correspond with FAA/EASA/CASE and other authorities to obtain approvals and ensure PMA article manufacture is within Aviatron's authority.
• Maintain Vendor Drawing List; conduct vendor audits and approvals; keep certifications organized.
• Ensure proper handling, preservation, and storage of PMA articles.
• Direct the Corrective Action Program and document events, notifying appropriate parties when failures or defects are discovered.
