Job summary

MK Services is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to direct our quality control teams and maintain AS9100 regulatory compliance. You’ll lead root-cause investigations to ensure parts meet strict safety standards and promote a culture of quality across the organization.

Based in Middleton, MA, this full-time role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $115,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on continuous improvement in aerospace manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Lead, maintain, and continually improve the company’s quality management system and quality assurance programs
• Manage inspection teams, quality engineers, and document control processes
• Oversee AS9100, ISO 9001 QMS compliance
• Review certifications, shipping documentation, and quality records to ensure alignment with customer specifications
• Lead internal audits and support external customer and certification audits
• Oversee calibration programs for all inspection and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for defects
• Evaluate supplier quality performance and monitor incoming raw materials
• Review quality metrics and report findings to executive management
• Partner with production development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve defects and integrate quality benchmarks
