Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in Quality Assurance within aviation; 3+ years in management.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, EASA Part 21G/145).
• Lead and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the process for identifying, documenting, and resolving quality non-conformances.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
• Monitor KPIs and report on quality metrics to senior management.
• Ensure all quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions are up-to-date and compliant.
• Train and mentor QA staff and other personnel on quality assurance principles and procedures.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and customers on quality-related matters.
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Manage safety and quality aspects relevant to aviation operations in a hybrid work setting.
