Job summary

CAMP Systems in Savannah, GA is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QMS, ensure aviation standards compliance, and drive software delivery quality across our SaaS platforms.

You will manage audits, implement continuous improvement, mentor the QA team, and partner with operations, product, engineering, and customer support. A strong background in ISO 9001/AS9100 and BI tools (Power BI) is required; bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in QA leadership in aviation or aerospace SaaS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, aerospace engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years in a QA management role within aviation, aerospace, or aviation SaaS.
• Certifications such as CQM or CQA are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and QMS (ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Experience with QMS software platforms and BI analytics tools (Power BI).
• Proven leadership in building and mentoring QA teams; ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team to meet quality objectives across aviation compliance and software platforms.
• Develop and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
• Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and SLA-aligned follow-ups.
• Implement continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and industry best practices.
• Mentor QA team members and promote professional growth and expertise.
• Collaborate with operations, product, engineering, and customer support to embed QA across the organization.
• Utilize AI-assisted tooling and BI dashboards to surface trends and KPIs for leadership.
