Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircraft and components. You will work across disciplines including mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, sheet metal, rigging, and test flights to ensure airworthiness and conformance with regulations.

The role requires five years of recent maintenance experience, knowledge of FAA regulations, and the ability to read schematics. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent aircraft maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and publications.
• Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend schematics and drawings.
• Strong workload prioritization to meet schedules.
• Basic computer data entry for maintenance systems.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain secret clearance.
• KC-130/Cargo Fixed Wing experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality requirements are performed and documented per regulations.
• Provide technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, sheet metal, rigging, and test flights.
• Review paperwork to ensure proper documentation and filings; interpret engineering changes.
• Perform materials/parts receiving inspections to verify contract conformance.
• Use precision measuring gauges and laboratory instruments to verify dimensions.
• Operate support equipment safely per OSHA and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
