Group PMX is seeking an Architecture / Building Quality Manager at O’Hare International Airport, Chicago. The role emphasizes developing the Architectural Quality Management Plan and ensuring compliance with various standards. Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in QA/QC or quality management.
• Experience on large commercial, transportation, or aviation projects required.
• Experience in phased construction within active facilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Architectural Quality Management Plan in alignment with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, Chicago codes, and aviation standards.
• Oversee QA/QC for building envelope and interiors.
• Perform field inspections and audits in airport environments.
• Manage NCRs and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and support phased handovers.

Skills

Knowledge of architectural systems

Understanding of ADA requirements

Experience with QA/QC platforms

Familiarity with aviation project standards

Proficient in BIM tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
