U.S. Pacific Fleet is seeking a qualified QA professional to lead quality assurance activities for contractor aviation maintenance programs.

You will evaluate QA plans, monitor implementation, analyze data, and coordinate with senior maintenance and contracting staff to ensure compliance with standards and mission objectives. The role requires reviewing performance metrics, preparing technical reports and briefings, and supporting all QA initiatives directed by the N4.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience performing quality assurance work in aviation maintenance or related technical field.
• Experience monitoring contractor performance and analyzing quality data to support corrective actions.
• Experience supporting audits and inspections for contract and technical compliance.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate contractor QA plans, monitor program implementation, analyze performance data, and recommend corrective actions to sustain readiness and mission effectiveness.
• Monitor adherence to technical standards, regulatory requirements, and quality plans for aircraft systems and components.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain QA performance data from contractor operations.
• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and briefings to leadership on performance, risks, and deficiencies.
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and contracting officials to ensure QA oversight aligns with objectives and contracts.
• Recommend QA surveillance plans, schedule evaluations, and adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the command QA SME and support Maintenance Operations Calls and QA initiatives for all programs directed by the N4.
