JeffreyM Consulting is seeking a Senior M&E Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor based in Seattle, WA for a 12-month contract. The role requires independent judgement to assess compliance with FAA regulations, internal policies, and CAS E audit programs.

You will lead audits, maintain QA database, and coordinate with M&E teams to improve safety and operational controls. The ideal candidate has a strong background in airline auditing, CAS E and QA processes, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of airline industry auditing experience or related area.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, operating policies, and procedures.
• Ability to audit and document complex business and operational processes across project phases.
• C.A.S.E Qualified Auditor.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and demands.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Frequent travel is required, including international travel.
• A valid passport.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned QA audits using department method and workpapers.
• Execute audits with standardized checklists to assess auditees' compliance.
• Conduct complex reviews and investigations to improve processes for M&E operations.
• Support audits for the Coordinating Agency for Supplier Evaluation (C.A.S.E.).
• Perform root cause analysis and monitor corrective actions.
• Maintain audit results in the QA database and perform follow-up.
• Utilize Safety Management System (SMS) and stay current on training requirements.
• Collaborate with QA leadership to define long-term QA and C.A.S.E. strategies.
• Communicate audit scope and results across the organization.
• Promote risk management and internal controls; support external reviews.
