Job summary

Jet Excellence, LLC is seeking a Quality Compliance role to oversee safety, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance of the maintenance program. You will act as SME and superuser for the electronic recordkeeping system, manage tooling and AVL, and support audits and QA initiatives.

The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, attention to detail, and a compliance-driven mindset, with travel ~15% and collaboration with the Director of Maintenance and Quality team.

Qualifications

• Trained in Audit, Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, and Human Factors.
• Intermediate to advanced data analysis and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Office applications and basic internet literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic recordkeeping system configuration and access rights.
• Provide training on system usage and new functionality to staff.
• Manage tool program inventory and accountability for company-owned tools.
• Oversee calibrated tool program and recordkeeping for test equipment.
• Oversee AVL updates and vendor compliance.
• Assist Quality Manager with audits and QA activities.
