Jet Parts Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator in Miami to support procurement operations by managing order data, sourcing pricing, and ensuring smooth processes. The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish speaker and experience in aviation purchasing is preferred.

The position involves processing POs, change orders, and amendments, while monitoring open orders, analyzing inventory, and assisting with clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is mandatory for reading, writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required.
• Experience in MRO/Aviation purchasing is preferred.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process purchase order data, change orders, amendments, and related documentation.
• Source pricing for spares using ILS and OEM websites.
• Follow up on and monitor the status of open purchase orders.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand/spend profiles, and lead times to support purchasing decisions.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
