TK Airport Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi‑site ground support equipment projects from initiation through completion.

You will coordinate planning, scheduling, design coordination, installation and documentation while ensuring on‑time, within‑budget delivery and strong customer relations. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, reviewing vendor quotes, issuing change orders, and maintaining cost controls.

Formación

• Understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project or other scheduling software.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, processes and high-level customer service.
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments; manufacturing, field installation engineering, and sales.
• Knowledge of heavy industry field and fluency in reading drawings, plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all contract aspects from sales turnover to completion to ensure timely in-budget results.
• Manage walkways and passenger boarding bridge projects including planning, scheduling, design coordination, installation and documentation.
• Coordinate installation with customers and respond to communications in a timely manner.
• Forecast project billing and prepare payment applications; familiarity with AIA schedules is a plus.
• Coordinate submittal approvals and organize site meetings with customers.
• Interface with TKAS management, departments, clients, contractors and vendors in a professional manner.
• Assist in implementing engineering changes and pursue associated costs when changes are driven by others.
• Negotiate and issue Change Orders with client approval and TKAS.
• Ensure cost containment and provide financial reports to TKAS management.
• Support safety programs and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Commitment to quality by meeting customer expectations and improving processes.
