Job summary

Avflight Corporation seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support aviation infrastructure and capital improvement projects, including fuel farm construction and hangar development. You will help plan, schedule, budget and report on project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a 2-year degree in aviation or related study, 2 years’ experience, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 75% of the year is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year degree or higher education in aviation or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation infrastructure or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support aviation infrastructure and capital improvement projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists and timelines.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost analysis and reporting.
• Prepare scopes, change orders and progress reports for review.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage resources and deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist with environmental fieldwork and on-site support as needed.
