Job summary

STV Inc. is looking for an Office Engineer – Aviation to provide support to its national Aviation team. This role includes managing project documentation, coordinating with contractors, and assisting in administrative tasks for aviation design and construction projects.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in construction administration or office engineering, preferably in large public infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction administration or project coordination.
• Experience preferably on aviation or large public infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Design-Build or CMAR methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in managing project documentation and communication.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely document processing.
• Maintain logs and project files in both hard and electronic formats.
