Accura Engineering is seeking a Project Manager-Aviation/Airport in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of project management experience, specifically as an Owner’s Representative for landside or facility-related airport projects, and a strong engineering/architecture background.

The role focuses on planning, design, procurement, and project delivery rather than on-site construction supervision, with excellent communication skills required to coordinate with clients,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience providing high-level program/project management for airport and airfield projects.

Responsabilités

• Develops scope of project, planning/concept documents, engineering documents, and construction documents.
• Develop procurement documents as project dictates.
• Participates in procurement selection process.
• Negotiates contracts and change orders as necessary.
• Leads design and construction for development of plans and construction.
• Oversees reviews for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil submittals.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure standards and codes compliance.
• Administer and attend meetings, reviews submittals, and shop drawings.
