You will focus on planning, design, procurement, and project delivery, working with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/construction management, and strong communication skills to collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience serving as Owner's Representative on landside or facility projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develops scope, planning/concept, engineering and construction documents.
• Develop procurement documents and manages contract development.
• Leads architectural/engineering and construction for development of plans and construction.
• Oversees design reviews of submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Identifies environmental hazards and ensures OSHA compliance.
• Manages project schedule and project closeout activities.
