You will interface with customers, coordinate work orders, deposits, and approvals, and track progress across multiple projects under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of business aviation MRO experience, familiarity with FAA paperwork, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in business aviation MRO
• Experience with FAA paperwork and billing processes
• Extensive customer contact experience required

Responsibilities

• Process work orders, coordinate with customer on squawk approval, deposits and closing WOs
• Work with Senior Project Manager to manage multiple projects
• Coordinate with various departments and act as central contact for customers
• Plan and oversee aircraft work flow and scheduling
• Travel as needed
