Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking a Falcon Project Manager to oversee complex aviation maintenance projects at our East Alton, IL facility. The role requires coordinating work orders, liaising with customers, and guiding multiple projects to successful completion while complying with FAA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in business aviation MRO, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe and Powerplant License beneficial.
• Aviation specific training beneficial.
• College education or degree beneficial.
• Management, leadership, and customer service training beneficial.
• A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders, squawk approvals, deposits and closing WOs.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with customers and West Star personnel.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and company staff.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Support sales and contracts departments as needed.
• Travel may be required.
