Job summary

Safran Cabin in the United States seeks a Project Manager 1 to support planning, execution, and monitoring of defined project work packages within our standard development process. You will ensure technical, cost, schedule, and quality requirements are met while coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating status with stakeholders.

The role requires strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with experience in aviation or aerospace environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
0-3 years of related experience leading a work package or project coordination.
Experience within the aviation and/or aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain work package–level project schedules with dependencies and critical path.
Define scope, deliverables and constraints for small projects.
Coordinate engineering, certification, operations, and supply chain activities.
Identify risks and issues and develop mitigations.
Monitor scope against baseline schedule, cost, and resources.
Prepare variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Assess change requests for schedule, cost, and technical impact.
Participate in technical exchanges with customers and suppliers.
Identify opportunities to improve PM processes.
Other duties may be assigned.
