Job summary

Ardurra seeks an Aviation Client Services Manager/Project Manager for its aviation group in the Pacific Northwest. This role oversees airport design projects, mentors staff, and maintains client relationships, planning from design through construction with FAA regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate will lead multi‑discipline teams, drive proposals, and manage communications with clients while growing the aviation practice. Relocation assistance and signing bonus support a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in aviation project design and delivery.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Experience in airport design, construction administration, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars and FAA grant process.
• Ability to mentor staff and support aviation group growth.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented professional.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving detailed designs, plans, specs, reports and cost estimates for airports and related aviation projects.
• Develop proposals and identify teaming opportunities as needed.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants across disciplines.
• Guide plan development and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Perform business development activities and client communications.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
