Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. seeks an Aviation Senior Project Manager to lead airport design and construction projects across the Pacific Northwest. Hybrid or remote work options are available with relocation assistance and a signing bonus to support smooth transitions.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, QA/QC, and developing client relationships while guiding multi-disciplinary teams through planning, regulatory approvals, and design from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Professional Engineer’s license is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in aviation design and delivery.
• Experience in airport design, construction administration, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of FAA circulars and FAA grant processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and act as client manager for airport design and construction in designated regions.
• Mentor junior staff, perform QA/QC, and pursue client relationships.
• Lead planning, regulatory approvals, environmental compliance, financial planning, and design phasing from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants on multi-discipline projects.
• Develop proposals and identify teaming opportunities.
