Qualifications

Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction.
Responsibilities
Provide project management, technical oversight and leadership for aviation projects from concept through turnover.
Lead design management, procurement, permitting and federal/state approvals.
Coordinate with airport operating divisions, regulators, and delivery partners.
Develop and integrate the overall program schedule and project level schedules.
Utilize earned value management to track program performance and schedule compliance.
