Job summary

FSB Architects + Engineers seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex aviation architecture and engineering projects, while guiding client management and developing junior project managers.

The role collaborates with Aviation Market Sector Principals to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure high-quality outcomes across planning to construction for aviation facilities and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional licensure preferred; PMP or equivalent certification if not licensed.
• 15+ years leading complex architectural/engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of largest, most complex architecture/engineering projects in the aviation market across all phases, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
• Develop and implement Project Strategic Plans aligned with client objectives and aviation market goals.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service to aviation clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and negotiate scopes of work, fee proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements for aviation design projects.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers and project team members; support business development and client pursuit activities.
