Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Aviation Project Manager to join our NYC office and lead the aviation team. You will help manage and grow our NYC Aviation group, winning, managing and delivering projects for major airports and DoD facilities.

Responsibilities include leading projects from scoping through close-out, interfacing with airport authorities, state aviation authorities and DoD, and coordinating with design teams using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Aviation project management experience leading airport infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience engaging with airport authorities, DoD representatives, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects from scoping through close-out with strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing directly with clients including Airport Authorities, State Aviation Authorities, and DoD representatives.
• Lead design objectives and advance airport projects through completion and close-out.
• Prepare scopes of work, fees, milestones, and coordinate resources for assigned projects.
• Work with design teams on deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D and prepare project specs.
