Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to grow our Texas Aviation group in Plano or Houston. You will lead airport infrastructure projects from scoping to close-out, work with clients and regulators, and mentor staff to drive growth across commercial and general aviation sectors.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, a Texas PE, and 7+ years in airport design/ construction, with FAA AIP experience and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years managing airport infrastructure design and construction.
• Texas PE license required, comity acceptable.
• Experience with FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple airport projects from scoping through close-out.
• Lead proposal development and client engagement in Texas.
• Coordinate with design teams on deliverables including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepare grant administration paperwork for FAA AIP and state grants.
• Mentor staff and contribute to market growth.
