The Thrasher Group invites a Project Engineer to join the Aviation team in Canonsburg, PA. You will contribute to taxiway rehabilitation, apron expansions, and airfield access road projects, applying core Civil 3D and FAA design principles. Strong teamwork will be essential as you progress from concept to permitting and construction.

We're looking for a candidate with a BS in Civil Engineering and 3-5 years of related work. A PE license is preferred or obtainable within a reasonable timeframe.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in land development, aviation, or related fields.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D; FAA design standards experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide engineering design and support for aviation projects from concept through permitting and construction.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, municipalities, utilities, and FAA representatives throughout design and permitting.
• Prepare and review permit packages for zoning, stormwater, environmental, and aviation-specific requirements.
