TKDA in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Aviation Project Delivery Group Manager to lead a team delivering design and construction projects for general aviation and commercial airports across Minnesota. The role drives growth, strategy, client relations, and project performance, with accountability for budgets and schedules.

The position requires a PE in Minnesota, 15+ years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a Minnesota PE registration.
Fifteen+ years delivering design/construction projects for general aviation and commercial airports.
Experience managing multi-discipline airport projects with profitability and repeat business.
Proven business development skills with client cultivation and opportunity pursuit across locations.
Experience coaching and leading engineering teams with varied skills and tenure.
Knowledge of FAA airport planning, design, and construction regulations.
Willingness to travel locally and overnight up to 10% as needed.

Responsabilidades

Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver airport design/construction projects.
Oversee budget, scope, schedule, quality, and contract execution.
Develop and implement marketing plans; pursue and win project opportunities.
Cultivate client relationships and represent the firm at interviews and conferences.
Mentor team members toward greater responsibilities and autonomy.
Serve as project manager on multi-discipline airport projects as required.
