Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field with 10 years of consulting experience.
• Experience leading a multi-discipline team on major projects or programs greater than $250 million.
• Strong experience in client development and business development.
• Expert in proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, controls, system integration, real estate, permitting, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent planning, analytical, facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering budget, savings and/or profit margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic program initiatives to achieve goals.
• Direct and coordinate a multi-disciplined team for cost-effective staffing.
• Engage with senior client leadership on reporting and relationship building.
• Drive data collection, analytics, and reporting tools to support budget and schedule decisions.
• Manage the program budget and expenditures; present monthly financials to leadership.
• Recruit, develop, train, and retain staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and compliance with safety policies; enforce company standards.
