Job summary

ALVEST in Morgantown is seeking a Production Planner to manage material flow for assigned product lines, ensure BOM accuracy, and ensure timely issuance of production orders.

The role requires an Associate degree and at least 3 years in production planning, scheduling, and expediting. This full-time position offers benefits including a 401(k) plan with matching, health, vision and life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years production planning, scheduling and expediting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjust bills of materials and routings for accuracy.
• Plan PRPs to ensure dates align with customer sales orders.
• Release and monitor production orders for timely execution.
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing on shortages and short sheets.
• Maintain material estimates to ensure timely issuance to orders.
• Support new product introductions and close production orders.
