Job summary

Gulfstream, a leading aviation company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to provide task-level coordination at the point of use. The role supports daily work plans, ensures timely completion with safe practices, and assists the Production Supervisor in executing work orders and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include updating status boards, tracking labor, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met while coordinating with OE/ME/IE teams to adjust work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of related manufacturing assembly or aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, pointofuse coordination and execution support to ensure daily task plans are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Execute assigned work while supporting task sequencing and workforce direction as defined by the Production Supervisor.
• Operate within established plans, schedules, staffing, and quality requirements without independent authority to make changes.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, labor entries, and administrative records to support daily reporting and labor accuracy.
• Update visual boards, trackers, and execution tools to ensure plan status and reporting inputs are current and accurate.
• Monitor safety, quality, PPE compliance, tool control, and 6S standards during daily execution.
