Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA seeks a Service Center Coordinator to manage the customer experience from contract signing through post-delivery. You will coordinate project activities, communicate with customers and internal teams, and ensure alignment with schedules, budgets and warranty considerations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelors in Aviation Science or related field, plus PM leadership experience and aviation exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with PM experience.
• 2+ years of aviation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and planning skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains direct contact with customers, coordinating and informing throughout the project.
• Provides formal, ongoing communication to customers and Gulfstream management.
• Manages work orders, invoices and compliance with cost and schedule policies.
• Plans visits to ensure parts, drawings and CMP packages are ready for scope.
• Coordinates with program office to support fleet retrofit programs.
