Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Product Manager - Aviation to steward airport and heliport lighting products through their lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, quality, and customers to deliver compliant, innovative lighting solutions for aviation markets.

You will analyze markets, shape product strategy, and drive commercial growth while aligning with regulatory requirements, roadmap priorities, and customer needs in a global business environment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in product management, engineering, technical sales, marketing, or related commercial role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
• Experience in aviation lighting, airport infrastructure, electrical products, or related markets.
• Knowledge of ICAO, FAA, EASA or equivalent aviation standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and manage lifecycle for airport and heliport lighting products.
• Support development of aviation lighting roadmap and portfolio strategy.
• Assist with portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, and end-of-life planning.
• Monitor industry trends and changes to aviation standards and regulations.
• Gather market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform pricing.
