No prior teaching experience is required—we provide training to become an effective instructor, blending theory with hands-on practice.

You will develop curriculum with our education team, mentor students, and emphasize safety while guiding real-world diagnostics and maintenance of powerplant systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in aviation maintenance or related field.
• 5 years of practical aviation maintenance work experience; teaching experience not required.
• FAA A&P ratings/licenses highly valued; employer may assist to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate by creating an engaging learning environment.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations to diagnose and repair aircraft systems.
• Collaborate with education team to develop and update courses.
• Mentor students on projects and safety best practices.
