Universal Technical Institute seeks an Aviation Maintenance Instructor with powerplant experience to teach reciprocating and turbine engines. You will deliver theory and hands-on training, guiding students toward industry readiness while expanding into turbine systems.

No prior teaching experience is required—we provide training to become an effective instructor and support professional growth within the program.

Competenze

• 5 years of practical work experience in aviation maintenance (reciprocating engines preferred).
• FAA A&P certification highly valued; employer sponsor for certification if not current.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities to teach and supervise students.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation maintenance or related field is a plus.
