Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Instructor to guide the next generation of technicians. You’ll deliver hands-on training, diagnose and repair aircraft systems, and help students develop practical skills for diverse aviation industries.

You will mentor learners, collaborate on curriculum development, and emphasize safety while delivering engaging, inclusive instruction across our aviation programs at UTI campuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4 years of practical work experience in aviation maintenance.
• FAA A&P license required or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and empathetic teaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in aviation maintenance.
• Lead hands-on training with real-world aircraft systems.
• Collaborate with education team to update and create courses.
• Mentor students on projects and encourage critical thinking.
• Prioritize safety in all classroom and lab activities.
