Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in aviation maintenance or related
• 5 years practical field experience; reciprocating and turbine engines valued
• FAA A&P license highly valued; company may sponsor if not current
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for student interaction
• Patience and empathy in teaching and student pace
