Qualifications

• Extensive powerplant engineering experience across multiple aircraft types.
• Strong ability to evaluate engine condition, performance, and maintenance requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management with airlines, MROs, OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical expertise across aircraft types, engine, and broader matters.
• Evaluate engine condition, performance, remaining life, and risks.
• Review maintenance programmes, shop visit requirements, and forecast needs.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, transitions, and due diligence.
• Conduct detailed technical assessments of aircraft and engines.
• Review technical docs, maintenance records, and MRO paperwork.
• Collaborate with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and other partners on technical matters.
• Lead or support technical negotiations related to engine and maintenance.
• Translate engineering issues into operational and commercial implications.
• Identify risks and opportunities; support budgets and asset planning.
• Develop relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and partners.
