Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of aviation planning experience, including airfield development.
• 5+ years leading aviation planning teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation planning teams to deliver airport master plans and ALPs.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
• Provide technical leadership on airfield development and regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and GIS staff.
• Mentor junior planners and support staff through coaching and guidance.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
