Job summary

Jacobsen|Daniels is seeking a Project Manager with demonstrated project management and waterfront/airport planning experience to support a variety of projects for clients. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Airport Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience with strong preference for 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Overall terminal and landside planning, design support, and coordination within internal and external project teams.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to mutually agreed expectations.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements; prepare scope of work, cost estimates, work plans, and schedules.
• Track progress, report variances, and develop action plans to meet objectives.
• Provide technical services related to space programming, concessions programs, and forecasting facility requirements.
