Job summary

StandardAero in Dallas is seeking an Aviation Shipper Receiver for a 1:30pm–12:00am Tue–Thu shift. You will source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely service for customers in the aviation industry.

Key duties include shipping, stock organization, and handling aircraft parts with attention to accuracy and safety. Priority is given to reliable, detail-oriented individuals with forklift ability and valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions in English.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team player with organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and external customers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime or on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Check, verify and fill work orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Pack materials for shipment back to customer.
• Verify customer paperwork and raise discrepancies if needed.
• Reconcile incoming Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Contribute ideas to warehouse process improvements.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver aircraft parts.
