StandardAero in Dallas is seeking an Aviation Shipper and Receiver to support parts sourcing, inventory management and inbound/outbound logistics for our aviation clients.

This role requires forklift operation, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and accurate handling of bills of lading and paperwork. You will drive a company vehicle for parts pickup/delivery and help keep the warehouse organized.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read English work instructions.
• Able to pass forklift certification.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload and place incoming items appropriately.
• Check, verify and fill work orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Pack materials for shipment back to customer.
• Verify customer's paperwork and raise discrepancies.
• Reconcile incoming Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other equipment.
• Drive company vehicle to pick-up and deliver aircraft parts.
• Loads and unloads aircraft parts and supplies.
• Picks up and delivers parts, documents and packages; track deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries about pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Perform housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.
