Utah Valley University is seeking an Aviation Inventory Control Assistant to support inventory operations within the Aviation Maintenance area. You will help ensure parts, tools, and materials are accurately tracked and available to support instructional and operational needs.

This role offers growth in aviation inventory processes, working with students, faculty, and aviation professionals in a safety-focused, organized environment that emphasizes accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1 year related experience.
• Knowledge of stocking, inventory control, purchasing, warranty, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety procedures around aircraft and machinery.
• Interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to this environment.
• Ability to organize effectively, follow instructions, and research products and prices.
• Ability to process paperwork and handle documentation management.
• Ability to work effectively as a team.
• Self-motivated to complete projects as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Identifies, controls, segregates, and maintains stock by category and tagging as designated by QA/Chief Inspector.
• Communicates purchase needs to Inventory Control Coordinator for stock and equipment.
• Performs an annual audit of the inventory control area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
