Job summary

Mesachamber is seeking a full-time Aviation Parts and Equipment Coordinator in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will coordinate parts programs and support aircraft maintenance and certification. Responsibilities include managing inventory, working with suppliers, and maintaining compliance with FAA regulations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in parts inventory, and strong communication and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with experience in the aviation industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in ordering parts/equipment and maintaining inventory.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts and tools programs for aircraft maintenance.
• Work with OEMs and vendors to acquire parts and equipment.
• Maintain FAA part 145 repair station documents.
