Ideal candidates bring experience in airport operations, workforce planning, and aviation finance, with strong analytical and communication skills to partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Pricing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or aviation operations experience.
• Experience translating operational workload into staffing and costs.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work across operations and finance.
• Proficiency with Excel and workforce planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational hours, flight schedules, and workload data from INFORM.
• Convert operational hours into headcount and staffing requirements.
• Build staffing assumptions for shift coverage, supervision, productivity, and days of operation.
• Analyze staffing requirements across Ramp, Cabin Cleaning, Passenger Services, Baggage, and other ground handling ops.
• Use Excel to analyze operational data, staffing, labor costs, and financial assumptions.
• Support cost models with labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and overhead.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Pricing leaders.
• Support aviation RFPs, bids, pricing exercises, and new proposals.
• Validate staffing models post-contract awards for operational feasibility.
