FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a day shift Aviation Supervisor at T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) to lead a cleaning-focused team and ensure top-quality service and safety.

The role requires managing 5–15 staff, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with labors and safety rules. The position emphasizes reliable quality service, cost control, and building a rock-steady team, with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and twisting.
• Cleaning to a high level of detail up to 8 hours per day.
• Medically cleared to operate heavy machinery and perform all physical work.
• Excellent communication and 24/7 availability via cell phone.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cabin cleanings to a high level of detail in cockpit, galley, lavatory, and seating areas.
• Clean aircraft exteriors, sometimes outside and in inclement weather.
• Organize the team to maximize labor hours and clean efficiently.
• Ensure safety is upheld to the highest standards.
• Maintain daily quality audits and closeout forms to meet FoxTrot standards.
