Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a night shift Aviation Supervisor to lead a crew and ensure high-quality aircraft cleaning and safety compliance. The role demands physical work, weekend and holiday flexibility, and strong leadership to drive performance to meet FoxTrot standards.

The supervisor will manage 13 years of supervisory experience, coordinate a 5–15 person team, and maintain tight cost metrics while ensuring profitability and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Lifting up to 50lbs and able to perform physically demanding work.
• Cleaning to a high level of detail up to 8 hours per day.
• Medically cleared to operate heavy machinery and perform all physical work.
• Excellent communication and 24/7 phone availability.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cabin cleanings to a high level of detail in cockpit, galley, lavatory and passenger seating areas.
• Clean exteriors of aircraft, sometimes in inclement weather.
• Organize the team to maximize labor hours and clean effectively.
• Ensure safety is upheld to the highest standards.
• Maintain weekly/monthly staff schedules and keep records for compliance.
