Responsibilities

• Lead cabin cleanings to a high level of detail in cockpit, galley, lavatory, and passenger seating areas.
• Clean aircraft exteriors, sometimes outside in inclement weather.
• Ensure quality control by performing cabin walks to checklist standards.
• Organize team to maximize labor hours and clean efficiently.
• Uphold safety standards during all work.
• Maintain weekly and monthly staff schedules (5–15 team members) aligned with labor metrics.
• Post ads, interview, hire, and onboard team members; onboarding coordination.
• Complete disciplinary forms as required and advocate for raises for top performers.
• Coordinate with home office to ensure network-wide strength.

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a consistently hard-working, Working Aviation Supervisor who is committed to reliable quality service, cost management, and building a rock steady team.

Based out of the Springfield-Branson National Airport , this position is a night shift role, Thursday - Monday, and requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Foxtrot provides members of the aviation industry with top-of-the-line aircraft detailing, line service and facility cleaning services. We service a wide variety of aircraft and facilities both large and small!

1-3 years management or supervisory experience preferred, be willing to perform very physical work, and have open schedule availability.

1) The role is responsible for reliable quality service for our customers (85% cleaning work/15% office work). This means leading cleanings on a daily basis to successful customer sign off and FoxTrot standards.

• Lead cabin cleanings to a very high level of detail in the cockpit, galley, lavatory, and passenger seating area
• Cleaning the exteriors of aircraft, sometimes outside and in inclement weather
• Ensuring quality control by performing cabin walks on every aircraft to the checklist standard
• Organizing the team to maximize each labor hours and clean most effectively
• As the work is going on, ensure safety is upheld to the highest standards

Success metric is high cabin scores and high internal and external quality audit scores

2) Maintain Cost Metrics and Paperwork to ensure profitability and compliance

• Ensure a weekly and monthly staff schedule (from 5 to 15 team members) that aligns with FoxTrot's labor metrics
• Ensure the team has enough hours at work to retain them
• Keep full records of badging in compliance with airport rules
• Fill out HIT forms as hazards are identified
• Complete online forms and upload signed do lists throughout the night
• Take stock inventory and place orders with the logistics manager

Success metric is twofold:

• a) 100% closeout form, checklist, and debrief form compliance
• b) Labor metric adherence within tolerances on the pulse sheet

3) Build a rock steady team, with strong communication and collaboration with the home office.

• Maintain positive, daily communication with the team
• Set elevation goals (development plans) for each team member with the Operations Manager
• Train team members in quality work, checklist use, and safety
• Work with the back office to post ads, then interview and hire team members.
• Work with the back office to ensure timely onboarding
• Complete disciplinary forms as required
• Advocate for raises for quality team members
• Help other teams and drives to other locations to ensure network wide strength

Success metric is low annual turnover at your location

The Aviation Supervisor reports to and works with the location Operations Manager to ensure 7 day per week coverage for FoxTrot's Clients. Both of these positions report to a Regional Manager.

• The candidate needs to be excellent at communication and available by a cell phone with a consistent number 24/7
