Montgomery Regional Airport is seeking an Airport Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with FAR Parts 77/139 and TSR, and lead a team of Operations Specialists. The role emphasizes safety, security, and high-quality service to tenants and the public.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in a related aviation or public administration field.
2–3 years progressive aviation experience, including FAR Part 139 operations.
Ability to obtain CM accreditation within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

Direct day-to-day airport operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor airfield, facilities inspections and resolve unsafe or non-compliant conditions.
Supervise staff, including evaluations, disciplinary matters, and training coordination.
Manage security access, ID media issuance and fingerprinting services.
Coordinate runway/taxiway maintenance with FAA ATC Tower and stakeholders.
Provide high-level customer service and regulatory liaison with public and agencies.
Perform basic maintenance repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
